Well to Well fulfills the call of Oasis to connect others to God's presence by investing in Chicago, God’s City.

The Heart
The Heart

We are a church devoted to Jesus, first drawing near to Him, then helping others do the same. Overflowing from that connection, we go beyond the walls of our church to serve our city, believing that as we build His church, we will see families restored, schools flourish, and our community thriving.

At the heart of all our relationships and work, we have common aims: support families, mentor youth, serve communities, share the Gospel, and reach those in vulnerable situations.

The Approach
The Approach

Well to Well comes alongside and builds relationships with established organizations in Chicago.

Our approach is to equip and readily support what is already happening in Chicago. Why duplicate the work that’s being done, when you can support and grow it?

This vision goes beyond just a few random partnerships. We are committed to developing a wide network of deep, meaningful connections with organizations that align with our mission. As we faithfully steward the relationships we’ve already been given, we trust that more opportunities will come. Our aim is to connect well, care deeply, and invest wisely.

Ezekiel 47:12
Every month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.

Family
Family

We are committed to seeing the family unit strengthened and restored—where children are safe, mothers supported, fathers present, and Christ is at the center. We believe strong families are the foundation of thriving communities.

Partnership Opportunities

We collaborate with organizations that are dedicated to family preservation, child safety, and relational support. These partners are driven by values like hospitality, generosity, and compassion—working to keep families together and protect vulnerable children.

Our current partner is Safe Families: supporting families in crisis through hosting and partnership.

Youth
Youth

We are passionate about seeing the next generation thrive and be on fire for Jesus. We believe that investing in the lives of young people through consistent, Christ-centered relationships can shape the future of families, churches, and communities.

Partnership Opportunities

We work with organizations that engage students through mentorship, outreach, and presence both in and outside of school environments. These partners are committed to walking alongside youth through trusted relationships, creative programming, and spiritual guidance. Our current partnerships include:

  • SLAM: Every Monday, students from all over the city meet to engage in an outreach that combines creative games with Bible teaching, and time for one-on-one and small group discussion. Find out more here: https://www.gripyouth.com/dvteam/slam/
  • GRIP: Provides opportunities to connect with students at ‘Cookies & Convos’, a discussion group that meets during students’ lunch periods. Find out more here: https://www.gripyouth.com/
  • Juvenile Detention Center: offering hope and restoration for youth.

Community
Community

We believe that as the body we have been commissioned to go and bring the kingdom of God to every corner and watch as heaven invades. We believe in seeing communities restored.

Red Frogs

This is a movement of believers stepping into party and nightlife culture to be the hands and feet of Jesus—creating safe spaces, bringing light into dark environments, and offering care, dignity, and hope to a generation. Chicago City Life Center (CCLC)

  • Tuesday night prayer:every few months we come alongside, pray, eat a meal, and join in fellowship with CCLC.
  • Friday night street team: Join us as we partner with CCLC, reaching people right where they are in their communities through Friday evening street team ministry. Together, we’ll connect with individuals, pray with them, and build meaningful relationships as we share the hope of the Gospel and witness lives being restored.
